Chicken Wings - Instant Replay

Not every post is going to be about chicken wings from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY. But it's as good a start as I can think of for a blog that is supposed to be about happy things, and a double-order of Hot Wings at the Anchor, with extra blue-cheese dressing on the side, rates fairly high for me on the Happy Meter.
